Cancellations/Refunds/Returns Policy

Cancellations

All cancellations must be made in writing. The customer will be liable for any additional fees incurred due to any internal of external costs that may occur due to the cancellation. No new costs will be incurred from the date of receipt of written notice of cancellation by IM Publications.

Cancellation of document delivery orders due to failure of download will be refunded in full if replacement PDF is not acceptable. Notification of failure must be received at time of purchase.

Orders for advertisement must be cancelled in writing prior to the relevant ad space closing date, but in the event that any cancellations are made after such date, IM Publications shall be entitlted to charge the full cost of the advertisement.

Refunds

IM Publications endeavours to be as flexible as possible. Refunds will be given for all issues that are not despatched or orders that are not fulfilled.

Returns

Products should be returned within six weeks from date of invoice. If the product has been identified as non-returnable before shipment it will not be possible to return. Products must be returned in an undamaged, re-saleable condition. We are unable to accept returned goods that are damaged in transit due to insufficent packing. Please include a copy of the invoice along with a reason for the return.

Customers must pay for the return postage which must be shipped via insured/registered mail. A full refund or credit note will be issued within 20 days of receipt of the goods if their return meets the specified criteria. Damaged or defective goods must be reported within 30 days period from date of invoice for UK customers and 45 days for overseas customers. Customers should make note of the visible damage when signing for shipments and contact IM Publications to receive instructions. Goods listed on an invoice but missing from the shipment, must also be notified within 30 days for UK customers, 45 days for overseas customers.
